How we look after your details

FettleStack ("we") is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at paul@fettlestack.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, organisation (if you give it), what your enquiry is about, an optional budget range, and your message.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this site sets no cookies at all.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that relationship. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep what's needed for the contract and for our legal and tax records (normally six years).
Where it's kept, and who sees it
Enquiries are stored on our own servers in the UK or EU and read only by FettleStack. We don't sell or share your details. Our e-mail is provided by a third-party e-mail service.
Everything on this site, fonts included, is served from our own server: no third party is involved in loading it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by e-mailing paul@fettlestack.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
