The story
Built where being wrong is expensive.
FettleStack was founded by Paul, who has more than 35 years of software development behind him with major UK companies and government departments, including over twelve years building systems for compliance and risk teams in investment banking: software where audits are routine, mistakes are costly, and "it mostly works" isn't an option.
The same discipline suits businesses of every size. Clear requirements, secure foundations, tested code and honest estimates aren't just for banks. They're simply what good software looks like.
We use modern, AI-assisted tooling to move quickly, and long experience to make sure what we ship is right.
Why “Fettle”?
fettle /ˈfɛt(ə)l/
verb: to fix something up; to put it in good order.
in fine fettle: in good shape.
That's the job: putting the systems a business relies on into fine fettle, and keeping them there.
